SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR MEAB PURCHASE

We are a small family run business and we take great pride in packing your purchase with love and care! It is most likely that the person who is packing your order also crafted it or was involved in the design process.

We pride ourselves on using packaging that is both beautifully presented and also reusable. We use luxurious gift boxes that are perfect for storing your jewellery or silk accessory in perfect condition. We also use luxurious silk satin finished bags for our silk scarves, pillowcases and eye covers . These are perfect for storing your silk item and also lightweight for taking your Meab Silk with you when you travel! We also used recycled bags and gift boxes for presentation that can be re used.  If you do not require extra gift packaging please inform us in the ‘notes’ section when you are checking out.

Shipping Pricing & Guide

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Irish orders ( including N. Ireland) over 60 euro.
  • Standard rate for all orders under 60 euro is 5.75 euro. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • FREE SHIPPING to the EU & UK  for all orders over 100 euro.
  • Standard rate for orders under 100 euro is 12.00.Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
  • FREE SHIPPING the US & REST OF THE WORLD  for all orders over 150 euro .
  • For all other order under 150 euro the standard rate is 15.00.
  • Please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery, this varies depending on the country.

Our Shipping Partners

Within Ireland and including Northern Ireland we use An Post Express and registered post. We also use An Post registered mail for international deliveries. It is very important for you to include a phone number as these deliveries may require a signature for delivery.

National services within Ireland take 3-5 working days if the item is in stock. Delivery to the UK & Europe usually takes 6-8 working days. The US usually takes 7-10 working days to deliver and rest of the world may take up to 15-20 working days to deliver.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer a worldwide delivery service. We ship internationally with registered post. We can also use DHL express services but please contact us for details on this as this costs extra.

We are very  aware of the increased costs of international shipping , we strive to provide a service that is both affordable and reliable. 

RETURNS

At Meab Enamels we operate an extensive Return Of Goods Policy, to provide you with greater comfort and security whilst shopping with us.

As we are dealing in individually hand crafted items, sometimes there can be slight variations of colours and styles when compared to the images on the website. Each enamelled item has a unique design and there may also be slight variation in the tones of colour.

However if you are still not satisfied with the item(s) you ultimately receive the normal return of goods policy applies to your order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of despatch and are eligible for a full refund, an exchange or a on line shop credit to the value of the original order, at the customers preference. In order to qualify for a refund / voucher, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery docket you received with the goods.

If a product is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of the item to be returned. You have 30 days to return the faulty item. We can give a full refund for the value of the original amount paid. Refunds will be made via the Paypal or Stripe service you originally used and directly to the customer account used to create the original purchase.

Where goods are being returned due to defect or damage Meab Enamels will include the price of insured return postage in your refund. Please contact us before returning damaged or defective items so we can advise you on postage.

We can provide all instructions and a returns label for the ‘defected’ or damaged goods. Please email us and we will assist you in the process. All returns should be made to:

Refunds will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the returned piece. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit, debit card or Paypal account. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. Any products purchased online for delivery must be returned to us in perfect condition in their original packaging and proof of purchase in order for us to process an exchange or refund.* Should your piece not be available for replacement we will replace it with a close match or similar style.

We are always happy to hear from our customers. If there is a fault or issue we will happily exchange it if possible. If you have purchased directly from our website we can exchange or refund directly .
